EXCHANGE POLICY ONLY

ZaibtanPrets return and exchange policy gives you the option to exchange dresses only within seven business days. The article must be unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered. Customers must have proof of payslip and the exchange policy is not applied on discounted items.If the customer wishes to exchange the article, even if the order was correct, then the customer will bear the expense of sending us the article(s). The complaint of the article must be registered before any kind of return of the article. We do not offer cash or any other kind of refunds.

Refunds

We work on no refund policy. We offer no cash or any other kind of refund.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale items cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to ZaibtanPrets Address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
